You escape down the hatch, closing it behind you, and are greeted by a cacaphonous series of discarded old wooden doors and panels, and dark pathways all leading downward.
Practically flying down an obvious path, you hear the previous room's door break down, along with vengeful screams and a hungry lion's roar.
Three paths present themselves now:
left,
centre, and
right.
Sounds nearing the hatch prove staying still won't be helpful, with nothing nearby adequate for makeshift weapons or shields.
